ACT OF CONTRITION

Oh my God, my Redeemer,

behold me here at your feet.

From the bottom of my heart, I am sorry for all my sins,

because by them I have offended you.

I know I should love you above all things.

Help me to do penance,

to do better,

and to avoid anything that might lead me to sin.
